We all have struggles in life. The disquietude trophy project is about visually acknowledging everyday battles that have been endured and overcome

Over the past four months Kate Cotching, a visual artist and social worker has been working with diverse groups of people in Mildura to create trophy like sculptures that symbolise resilience and achievements. The  works will be exhibited at the Mildura Arts Centre and we invite the public to come along to one of the open workshops at MAC to add to the display.

Contact Kate Cotching 0410772058, cotchingkate@hotmail.com or go to katecotching.blogspot.com for more information.

This project is supported by the Regional Arts Fund, an Australian Government initiative supporting the arts in regional and remote Australia, administered in Victoria by Regional Arts Victoria.

This project is also supported through Mildura Rural City Council's Arts Development grant and auspiced by Arts Mildura.
