2012 Highlights

The 2012 program opens with IInterpreti Veneziani performing in 'heavenly gardens' otherwise known as Ampelon Gardens in Gol Gol NSW across the Murray River from Mildura. For those who have been to our concerts before, you will know how simply divine this evening is and for first timers - you are in for an evening you will never forget!

The opening night will also feature two acclaimed international performers; guitarist, Massimo Scattolin and outstanding flautist, Roberto Fabbriciani.

Other guests during the Festival include the exceptionally gifted Indigenous soprano, actor and author of the internationally acclaimed plays, Deborah Cheetham, who will perform excerpts from 'Pecan Opera'

Murray River International Music Festival
The Murray River International Music Festival is the inspired initiative of brothers, Sergio and Stefano de Pieri along with Festival Director, Helen Healy.
Through their extensive work in and passion for the Murray River regions they identified the opportunity to feature regional food and wine along with outstanding international musicians in beautiful Murray River locations.

Over the past 7 years the group has presented a series of concerts up and down the length of the Murray where patrons get to listen to beautiful music in beautiful locations accompanied by regional food and wine.
