Every town has its icons. For some it’s the big prawn or the big deck chair...in my town it is Meredith Crocksley. The Meredith Crocksley Project is an amalgamation of stories that I have heard about, lived and witnessed in the lives of women in rural Australia. They are untold stories that everybody in a town knows, but no one knows how they know or who told them. They are a secret history that becomes part of the fabric and complexity of a community: the town drunk, the town recluse, the town ‘nutter’, that family, that woman, that affair - Enjoy a brilliant performance by Libby O’Donovan
