Friday 7 March
Kim Chalmers - Music, Sally Hederics - Dance, Adam Hobbs - Visuals. Are we at the mercy of the elements? Or is nature at our mercy? Agriculture, irrigation and industry have built Australia - but has the environment suffered irreparably in the process? This compelling new, locally produced work contemplates these questions in a luscious and captivating combination of electro-acoustic music, dance and visuals. Elements examines the past, present and future of our river-reliant community and its unique environment and optimistically looks to a time where balance between nature, man and industry creates a green and prosperous future for us all... Glenda Underhill - Harp, Alison MacGregor - Violin Donald Mayne - Flugel Horn, John Menhenett and Aleks Pusz - Percussion
