Daniela Benori

Daniela Benori graduated at the Conservatory of Music“B. Marcello” of Venice , in stage performance and later obtained a Degree at the University “Ca’ Foscari”of Venice. She has performed at the great concert halls of Italy including Il Teatro La Fenice in Venice and Europe and took part to the first modern performance of Sigismondo by Rossini, under the direction of Richard Bonynge in Treviso.

In addition to the traditional operatic roles, Daniela Benori has performed in other genres such as Operetta, sacred music, French melodies and German Lieder, songs from Musicals and Movies. She sings with the “Collegium Musicum Venezia”, a quintet specialized in Venetian XVIII c. repertory.

She has released 8 CDs and in addition to her performance career Daniela teaches “Literature Poetry and Drama” at the Conservatory of Venice.
