The Murray River International Music Festival is the inspired initiative of brothers, Sergio and Stefano de Pieri along with Event Manager, Helen Healy. Through their extensive work in and passion for the Murray River regions they identified the opportunity to feature regional food and wine along with outstanding international musicians in beautiful Murray River locations.

The Festival began in 2004 and features towns and cities along the Murray River, across three states and is auspiced by Arts Mildura. Fine music performers will perform in riverboats, churches, vineyards, river islands, parks and historic villages, all accompanied by the Murray River region’s fine food and wine.

The Festival exists because of the dedication of Artistic Director, Sergio de Pieri who continues to inspire Murray River communities and artists with his lifetime commitment to beautiful music, good food and wine and conviviality with good people.
