Concept Explores:
- (a) The politics of irony
– especially the parallel implicit in, viz.:
- development disrespecting the environment, and
- graffiti defacing property;
(b) The Murray-Darling Basin as a sewer for development;
(c) The politics of water, especially whether unfettered capitalism is itself “sustainable”.
